Those where the Best Day's of My Life!

Guess what I'm talking about!

My school days! I had spent more than a decade in Lisieux. A typical high standard BoyS :) school. My golden period in this school is 10th - 12th STD. I enjoyed and studied more. During the early days my education (primary) I used to be first in the class from the last :). I travelled with my "Street hauk" [Hercules MTB bycycle] to school. Then for 10th-12th I got my ferrari [red sunny zip].

Let me tell some pleasent things in the Best days of my life.

I remeber 6th STD my english master Price(sir) he narrated us an detective Novel or Movie "Where Eagles Dare". Man it was great, used to listen those than any other subject I did. It even made me watch my full length english late night movie for the first time, when he informed that its telecasted as a movie.

7th STD was yet another memorable one! I lost one, and gained a few. Jhonny (alais Janikiraman) was a good friend of mine, who has to shift to chennai due to his fathers official duties. Unfortunately lost contacts with him in later years. Someone reading this post can find him :). Few I gained were Bharath. I should mention about him, one among the few good teachers from my school. Rajasekar(sir). He handled English non-detail for us that year. Great inspiring teacher who teaches with his own style. He throws the chalk, kicks the benches when he makes mistakes and always motivates us in studies. We were too.

Now 8th fun is starting to accumulate. Loads of mischief on the road. Lots of new friends some to mention are vivek, karthi, arunesh, kalla, N karthi, riyaz, muzzambil, akshy ramesh, sam, rino, anish, vinod, huff the list is too long and my brain is not remembring all. I remember one of my friends writing in a Geography exam. The question was to brief on the coniferous forests of India. He did not know the answer, so fill up lines, he started to write about the trees there and its uses (ex: making cricket bat). Then he wrote about sachin tendular who used that bat. If I'm not wrong about a match which he used the bat. I think it was Guna. Next our tamil master rightly called as pottu t*&%$# [censored]. We all used to read a paragraph from the book on turns. Mean while the sir will be walking in and out the class room. We used to tick scores for his walk. When he goes to the door 1run scored. Comes inbetween the rows 2runs, outside of the class 4runs and goes to the other side corredore to spit :) then its a sixer. Guess what, he has made several 50ies during such a walk. Even while composing this, I cant stop laughing.

Then 9th, lots of new things happened. Notable is my school cricket! I'm bascailly a bowler and desiered to a pinch hitter with the bat. Don't have patience to stay and turn around and run for singles like abi. Some times ppl called me Dennis Lilee for my bowling (not sure if that suits me!). Arunesh was bowler I have to watch around while bating. Since he comes around the wicket for me and bowls exactly at the yorker and good length line for me. I have lost my wicket many times to him. I would like to mention my big Six of muzzambil. He was a leg spinner and gave a ball right where my bat can reach on the leg side. I ball traveled a full length of a football field and was lost. When I talk about cricket I have to write more. I went in for the selection with bharath and karthi. Myself and karthi got thro, since the PT master wanted bharath to play basketball. At that point ours was a good team with left arm quicky vinod my senior. When I'm some where around the batting area. I could hear the stitch cork wizziling away. Then few good all rounders too. Not able to remember their name :(. Then we got a tournament that year, but was not able to play since the team was over crowed and made to sit in the bench. We lost it to stanes I guess.

Then it was year 10th. We would feel some kind of Gethu is the school that we are the senior boys, bost ourselves well to our juniors. We did a lot in one of our farewell years. For Tamil velusamy sir, I could still remember him asking me if I would pass in tamil in the board exam. But still managed a decent score finally.

What am I doing? I got work to do!
Be right back...
